We can help you overcome these symptoms and guide you through the process of trauma processing and healing, and like always if we are not the right ones to support you we are happy to help in finding someone who may be a better fit. Our therapists have training in various modalities such as EDMR, CBT, as well as Play therapy for children.

Depression & Anxiety

Depression and anxiety can be challenging and uncomfortable. Through counselling and treatment such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), clients are able to regain perspective, challenge negative thought patterns and build in resiliency in navigating these challenges.

Parenting is one of the most challenging jobs. We are here to make transitions, attachment, and life stages easier for yourself and your child. With our experienced clinicians support, we can help you navigate most of the challenges you and your kids may be facing.
