Our initial consultation appointment is a 15 minute session to see if the therapist is the right fit. You are encouraged to have consultations with other therapists, and there is no fee. Finding the right therapist can be a challenge and we want to support you in that journey.
Through the use of a comprehensive screening questionnaire, we work with you to gain a clear understanding of the challenges you may be having. These insights can help guide the process if that is what you are looking for. Sometimes what you need is someone to walk beside you, and we can do that too.
Therapy can help people overcome obstacles to their well-being. Individual counselling sessions are available for both adults and adolescents. We are here to help with issues that are hard to face alone.
We have experienced therapists who work with children using Play Therapy. Sessions look different with these age groups, but can be beneficial to the process of healing for children.

The therapists can support parents with strategies for parenting, insight into challenges their children may be facing, and promote healthier, happier and more connected relationships.
While the relationship itself is the focus in couples counselling, each partner is expected to pay attention to self-improvement and self-awareness. Our goal is treat the relationship and encourage healthy habits, communication, and connection.
Q: How long are one-on-one sessions?
A: Our Individual counselling sessions are 50 minutes in duration. Longer sessions may be booked if required. Please consult your Psychologist to determine if more frequent sessions would be most beneficial.
